Eden achieves this by acquiring and renovating existing housing stock that is in need of refurbishment. Bringing existing buildings back into use can improve the street activity that is lost when buildings fall into disrepair. We seek to deliver homes of the highest quality, working with partners to utilise traditional and the latest modular construction techniques.

Eden also repurposes commercial buildings that are no longer fit for use. Changes in working practices mean that derelict or underused buildings can contribute to addressing the housing shortage by being brought into residential use.
